Services
Therapy at Stillwater is collaborative, intentional, and paced to meet you where you are. Whether you’re navigating something specific or simply feeling like something needs to shift, this is a space built for that kind of work.
Individual Counseling
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to move through on their own. Therapy may focus on anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity, grief, or simply building more steadiness and clarity in everyday life.
Our work together is unhurried. We explore what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of where patterns come from, and build skills that support long-term emotional well-being.
Adolescent & Young Adult Support
The teenage and young adult years can be quietly intense, full of expectation, transition, and pressure that isn’t always visible from the outside. I work with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, academic or social stress, emotional dysregulation, identity questions, or difficulty navigating relationships and the weight of figuring out who they are.
Sessions are developmentally attuned, warm, and grounded in helping young people feel genuinely understood while building the confidence and coping skills they’ll carry forward.
Couples & Relationship Counseling
Many of the concerns that bring people to therapy are rooted in their closest relationships. I work with couples and individuals who want to better understand attachment patterns, communication styles, and the emotional responses that shape how they connect or disconnect with the people who matter most.
This work draws on Gottman and Emotionally Focused approaches, creating space for more honesty, emotional safety, and healthier ways of relating to others and yourself.
Family Counseling
Families go through seasons of tension, transition, and disconnection. I work with families who want to communicate more openly, repair ruptures, and create a home environment that feels safer and more connected for everyone in it.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feel like something has shifted, family sessions offer a supported space to slow down and find your way back to each other.
My Approach
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples methods, and attachment-informed care. Therapy here isn’t about forcing change — it’s about creating the conditions for awareness, flexibility, and values-based living.
Sessions are warm, structured, and tailored to you. We move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you are right now.
Fees & Getting Started
Individual, couples, and family sessions are $185.
